A few months back in the U.K., the youngest ever lottery winner took to the national press saying that she was going to sue the people who ran the lottery.
She claimed that winning a million when she was just 17 had made her life ten times worse and so thought the minimum age should be 18.
Camelot (who run the lottery) defended themselves by claiming that all winners get a tonne of support to deal with their change in circumstances, but quite honestly is there a massive difference between a 17 year old and an 18 year old?
