General Do you think that casino owners are criminals? Why or why not.

Well, where I am from, the Indians on the reservation are the only ones that can own a casino. Are they criminals? Who is to say, but they sure make a lot of money for the tribe. I do know that.

Owning a casino makes them a criminal? Why would they be considered criminals for owning a casino? If gambling is legal then I don't see why they would be considered criminals.

I guess the TV personas that we have all seen and heard since Las Vegas came into being, were all mofia related. Whether I really believe that or not is not what I care about. I only care if I win as opposed to lose.

It would be a criminal act to own a casino on tribal land and not be a part of that tribal bloodline.

The mafia ownership of the past is the main reason that gambling has the stigma that it still has.

Neither case has anything to do with whether you win or lose. Especially with skill-based games.

Gotcha! And yes the only thing that matters is us winning!

Where I am from we have both the casinos on and off the reservation. Personally I like the casinos on the reservation because I know that the members of the tribe are getting a cut of the money.

That's true SJ, reservation casinos are the ones I prefer as well. They need the money more than the billionaire investors that own many of the rest.

Casino's are not criminals . if that was true then all large cooperation's would be in the same boat with them . Id say its a great gig if you can get in to it. the down side is look at hugecompany's like Harrahs/ eldorado sure looks to me like its a big boys game with some seriously DEEP pockets .

I think not, because no one is not forcing people to play, people themselves are to blame for all their troubles or victories
