Casinos Croupier training?

Have you even considered training as a croupier or dealer? Getting a job as one would limit your options because most casinos won't let you play where you work, but do you think it would make you a better player? I think it might help with working out the odds, but it has always seemed rather expensive to me.

That's one way of going about it, although personally I wouldn't go for croupier training just to help my odds. I think I would rather train with a coach to achieve that goal.

When you say expensive, do you mean that the training to become a croupier is expensive? I don't know if I would go that route, but if it's a choice between getting a coach and becoming a croupier, I'd rather learn what goes on behind the scenes, if you know what I mean.
