Casinos Withdrawal limits

Have you seen those casinos that limit the amounts and frequency of your winnings/bankroll that you can claim? They place a limit on the amount you can withdraw per day/week/month.

I always look at this as a way of encouraging people to bet even more. At the end of the day, the house still makes more money. Are these restrictions justifiable?

I'm not so fond of online casinos but it would make sense if the limits would also apply to the number of times a player can bet in a day/week/month. This would encourage responsible betting. Setting withdrawal limits alone would be protecting the house way too much.
