General When to tip dealers

I guess it is is perfectly ok to tip the dealers when in the casino. I have never come across a player who found it hard to tip the dealer(s).

Do you tip them before, during or after a session?

I tip based on what I'm winning throughout the game. If I lose, I tip small amount if the dealer has been friendly and welcoming.

I also tip as I play and this is based upon whether or not I wil be making a kill.

Any amount of tip makes the dealer feel appreciated though I see some players eager to see if the dealers will make mistakes after a tip.

They probably assume that a relaxed atmosphere makes them (dealers) prone to mistakes?
